10. This is to confirm that the World Boxing Federation, www.worldboxingfederation.net has officially approved and sanctioned the WBF first world title defense of champion, Francis Cheka against an opponent to be approved by the sanction committee of the WBF.

12. Mr Kevin Luandes has been approved to promote such a defense conditional to the fight taking place before the end of April 2014, and subject to the rules and regulations of the WBF.

14. All sanction fees must be paid in full and in reflect in the WBF account no later than 3 weeks prior to the staging of this fight.  Failure to comply with this may result in the WBF withdrawing its sanction for this fight.

16. The officials assigned to this WBF world title fight are:  Supervisor:  President of the WBF Howard Goldberg, Referee:  Darryl Ribbink, Judges Edward Marshall and two Tanzanian judges.
